Definition

Shows the measurable properties of something in the physical world and elements and relationships that are involved in defining the environments applicable to capability, operational concept, or set of systems.

Implementation

  • The Working with Environment diagram. It shows the elements and relationships that are involved in defining the environments applicable to capability, operational concept, or set of systems.
  • The Risk diagram. It shows the relevant risks along with associated measures like the likelihood of occurrence and potential negative consequences.
  • The Mission Vignette and Scenario diagram. It shows the elements and relationships that are involved in defining the environments and conditions applicable to capability, operational concept, or set of systems. 

The Risk and Environment diagrams can be created under the Parameter package of each domain (e.g Operational Parameters, Strategic Parameters).
