Before creating the Resources Processes diagram, the  Operational Processes and Resources Structure diagrams should be created first.

To create a Resources Processes diagram

  1. Create Functions.
  2. Create or reuse (recommended) resources from Resource Structure, Resource Taxonomy diagrams.
  3. Use Is Capable To Perform relationship to connect the resources and Functions.
  4. Use Compositions (whole-part relationships) to connect the Functions if necessary.
  5. Use an Implements relationship to connect the Functions and Operational Activities from  Operational Processes diagrams.
