Security Assets

The logical and physical resources of the aircraft, which contribute to the airworthiness of the aircraft, including functions, systems, items, data, interfaces, processes and information.

Identifying L1 level function as Security Assets

To identify an L1 level function as a security asset in the System Engineering Project(SEP)

1. In the Containment tree, right-click an L1 level function and click Stereotype.

2. Do one of the following:
   • In the dialog, select SecurityAsset[Class] and click Apply.
     
     
     
     
   • In the search tab, type the keyword asset, select SecurityAsset[Class], and click Apply.
     
     
     

The L1 level function is defined as a Security Asset in the Containment tree. You can also assign the Stereotype to any L1 level function by using the Specification dialog.
