Misuse Cases

Unintended (according to the design intent) actions undertaken by a person or system to interact with systems, interfaces, or data.

Adding Misuse Cases

To add a misuse case

  1. In the Containment tree, right-click the 01 -Misuse Cases package and select Create Element.



  2. In the dialog, expand DO-326A and select Misuse Case.



  3. Name the created misuse case in the Containment tree.

You can add the newly created Misuse Case to the Pre-Threat Scenario Table.
