Replying to a graphical comment

A reply to the graphical comment can be either graphical or textual. Graphical replies can be created either from the Comments pane or the commented item's content pane while textual replies can be created from the Comments pane only.

To reply to a graphical comment with graphic

1. Do either:
   
   • In the Comments pane, select the graphical comment you want to reply to, move the pointer over the comment's area, click/tap , and then select Reply with graphics.
     
     
   • Do the following:
     1. In the Navigation pane, select a diagram, matrix, or map, whose graphical comment you want to reply to.
     2. On the toolbar of the selected item's content pane, click/tap that includes a number of graphical comments, for example .
     3. From the open list, select the graphical comment you want to reply to.
        
        
   • Do the following:
     1. In the Navigation pane, select a diagram, matrix, or map, whose graphical comment you want to reply to.
     2. Click/tap the graphical comment you want to reply to. It becomes selected in the Comments pane.
     3. Move the pointer over the comment's area, click/tap , and then select Reply with graphics.
        
        
2. If you want to show previously created graphics, click/tap All graphical comments and select from the list what to show.

3. Create a graphic by using the drawing tools.

   You can expand the drawing area to obtain more space for drawing.

4. When you are done with editing, click/tap .

To reply to a graphical comment with text

1. In the Comments pane, select the graphical comment you want to reply to.

2. Move the pointer over the comment's area. The toolbar for managing the comment displays.

3. Click/tap and then select Reply with text.
4. Enter a reply.
5. Click/tap SAVE.
