You can create aliases in DOORS to be displayed in MagicDraw®. If you create the alias through the DOORS database menu, DataHub uses the current location as the root node. Alternatively, if you create the alias through the DOORS Formal Module menu, DataHub uses the current module as the root node in the Alias Explorer.


Note

You can see and work with the created alias from DOORS only in MagicDraw®.


To create an alias in DOORS

  • On the DOORS main menu, click DataHub > Create Alias from Current Location to create an alias.
