A vision is a state where an organization wants to achieve in the future= . It is common that a vision is made up of many aspects rather than concent= rated on a specific factor of the business problem. It is the final, possib= ly unattainable, state the organization would like to accomplish. It d= oes not describe how the organization will achieve the state. A Vision= is often compound, rather than focused toward one particular aspect of the= business problem. It is supported or made operative by Missions and a= mplified by Goals.
