What Support Data will be migrated?
Support requesters' contacts and their tickets<= /u> with closed and in progress status for the last three years. See t= he migration criteria below.
When will Support Data be migrated?
Your tickets in closed status will be migrated before 1st of June, 2021.=

Data migration criteria:
What do I do if I have not received the communication emails, bu= t I think that I am eligible for migration?
Check your Spam/Junk email folder first.
If you did not find the emails, send an email to support@nomag= ic.com and:
License Owner information - Profile ID = from No Magic legacy system, or an email, or other identifyin= g license owner information.
If you have a Company Site ID from Dassault Sys= t=C3=A8mes, please provide it in the email.
Will I be able to access No Magic Customer Support system after = migration to DS support?
The No Magic Customer Support system will be in a read-only mode for a l= imited time with the ability to export your ticket list.
How can I export my tickets list?
