If messages have both duration constraints and time constraints, Cameo Simulation Toolkit will use the duration constraints to delay the delivery of the messages.
You can specify a time constraint in messages Messages in a Sequence diagram. Cameo Simulation Toolkit uses the time constraint as a timestamp on a message Message when it records simulation as a Sequence diagram (see see Executing an interaction model).During During an Interaction simulationinteraction, Cameo Simulation Toolkit uses the time constraint to compute the duration of time and uses it to delay delivery of a pair of consecutive messages.

checks if active States contain the required State, State Invariant, and time as exactly specified in the time constraint but not delayed time.
