The User is usually created to work on authorized resources via modeling tool. There are two categories of users in the TWCloud Teamwork Cloud system: internal and external.

  • Internal users are originally created in Teamwork Cloud Admin and therefore their usernames, passwords, and other data are stored in TWCloudTeamwork Cloud.
  • External users are from LDAP servers who were imported into the TWCloud Teamwork Cloud system or SAML users who passed the the authentication process and and were automatically created as external users in TWCloudTeamwork Cloud.

The User group is used to group users, assigning the same role to all users in the same group. You can manage both internal and external groups.
