MODAF/NAF: A ProjectStatus (MODAF::StatusAtMilestone, NAF::StatusAtMilestone) is a relationship between a Status and a milestone that asserts the status (i.e., level of progress) of a ProjectTheme for the project at the time of the ActualProjectMilestone (MODAF::Milestone, NAF::Milestone).
