Q.: Why the labels are not displayed for Item Flows in ibd diagrams?

A.: It When new conveyed items are created, they are displayed automatically throughout the diagrams and can be displaced. Therefore it is designed intentionally not to display labels (conveyed items) in ibd and other diagrams to avoid the negative impact on the diagram layouts.
