The Resource Performance Parameters Matrix expands on the information presented in an SV-1 by depicting the characteristics of the Functional Resources shown in the SV-1. The Resource Performance Parameters Matrix View specifies qualitative and quantitative characteristics of functional resources and the performance parameters of each resource. The performance parameters are selected by the architect and end user community.
