The modeling tool* of 19.0 SP3 version does not start after upgrading to Mac OS X Big Sur. How can I fix this issue?
This happens because the application is moved into quarantine.
To remove the application from the quarantine
- Open a terminal.
- Write the command: xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /<modeling tool installation folder> (e.g. "xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/MagicDraw")
- Press Enter to execute the command.
- Close the terminal and start the modeling tool* using the .app file.
