To create an Architecture Management diagram

When the diagram is created, you can start creating the appropriate elements. An example is described using the Service Architecture element, but the same is valid for other available elements.
To create an element in a diagram

Creating elements from the Containment tree differs from creating them in the diagram. The element availability depends on which Architecture Management view specification package you choose. In this example, the Service Architecture element creation from the Architecture Management Traceability package in the Containment tree is described, but any other element from a different package can be created in the same way.

| For more information about creating the elements from other resources, see Creating elements from other resources. |
When you have Service Architecture (or another appropriate element) created, you can start connecting it to other elements. In this example, the Service Architecture will be connected to the Actual Enterprise Phase using the Implements relationship.
To connect the elements with the Implements relationship
From the diagram palette, choose Implements.
Move the mouse pointer over the target element and click to finish the action.
