Start and/or End dates of <Validated Actual State> must enclose dates of owned <Owned Actual State>
Description
An Actual State Start / End Dates do not correlate with the owned Actual Sates. If the validated element is Actual Strategic Phase, then <Owned Actual State> will be Actual Strategic . If the validated element is Actual Project, then <Owned Actual State> will be Actual Project.

- Update Start Date to Cover Owned <Owned Actual State> - if the Start Date is incorrect, choosing this solver will update the Start Date automatically to cover the dates of child elements.
- Update End Date to Cover Owned <Owned Actual State> - if the End Date is incorrect, choosing this solver will update the End Date automatically to cover the dates of child elements. If one or more child elements do not have the End Date, the End Date value will be removed for the validated parent element also.
Update Start and End Dates to Cover Owned <Owned Actual State> - the solvers above are merged into one solver if the parent Actual State does not cover both, start and end dates. |
- Open Actual Project Assignment Wizard (in Project Roadmap) or Open Actual Strategic Phase Assignment Wizard (in Actual Strategic Phasing) - opens a wizard, where you can enter the needed dates manually.
