If you no longer need to use a project, you can easily remove the usage from the main project. Project usages are removed with all references to the elements stored in the used project.

To remove a project usage

1. Lock the used project you want to stop using.
2. In the main menu, click  Collaborate > Project Usages > Project Usages.

3. In the Project Usages dialog, do one of the following:

   • Select a used project, click , and select Remove with References.

   • Right-click a used project and select Remove > Remove with References.
     
     
     
     
4. In the question dialog, click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the used project.
5. When the used project is removed, click OK to close the Project Usages dialog.
