To create a Resource Exchange in NSV-2 diagrams

1. Open the Resource Exchange creation wizard by doing one of the following:
   • Select the Resource Interface and in the smart manipulator, click New Resource Exchange.
   • On the diagram palette, click the Resource Exchange and then click the Resource Interface.
   • On the diagram palette, click the Resource Exchange button and then connect the resource elements on the diagram pane.
2. In the Resource Exchange creation wizard, specify the Resource Exchange Item and choose either Select Existing or Create new Resource Exchange.
3. Specify the direction of the Resource Exchange.
