The 2024x Refresh3 release adds enhanced usability and improved standard compliance. Drag and drop support now allows seamless assignment of elements in ISO 21434 Element tables. Multi-selection of Threat Scenarios is now supported while generating or synchronizing the cybersecurity goals. Additionally, MITRE libraries have been updated to the latest versions, and other improvements ensure accurate risk ratings and clearer notifications messages while working with TWC.

Multi-selection support of Threat Scenarios

Multi-selection of Threat Scenarios in TARA table and in the Containment tree is now supported while using the Generate/Synchronize Cybersecurity Goals Command.

MITRE Libraries 

The following standard libraries provided with the ISO 21434 Plugin have been upgraded to reflect the latest versions of the corresponding dataset:

• MITRE CWE Library has been updated to version 4.16.
• MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise Technique Library has been updated to version 16.1.
• MITRE ATT&CK ICS Technique Library has been updated to version 16.1.
• MITRE ATT&CK Platforms Library has been updated to version 16.1.

Other Improvements

• The new improvement now ensures that you can assign the relevant elements only to the corresponding properties. For example, the Failure Mode element can only be assigned to the Failure property of any Damage Scenario.
• The new improvement now ensures that the Threat Scenario has a risk rating before specifying a corresponding residual risk rating.
• The new improvement now ensures that the appropriate content is now displayed in the notification message while working with TWC.
