The current release of Excel Import does not support:

  • importing multiple tables or linked tables from an Excel file as several schema classes.
  • multiple row headings in one column in an Excel file.
  • importing row headings, see figure below.


Row Header in an Excel File

  • mapping one source to multiple targets at a time.
  • exporting Excel composite schema to CSV file.
  • blank or empty rows (cannot be imported as elements).
  • importing or exporting elements from a mapping class if either connector on the diagram or the diagram itself is deleted using the command Delete Symbol(s) or Delete Diagram.
