To create a SvcV-7 Typical table, do one of the following
Add new Property Set by clicking the Add New button and select the owning element for Property Set. Specify Measurements to the Property Set element directly in the table cells.
Add an existing Property Set by clicking the Add Existing button and select existing Property Sets.
The created instances are stored in the same location as the Typical Measurements table.
