To create a Strategic Structure diagram

1. Create a Capability.

2. Create an Enterprise Phase.

3. Create an Actual Enterprise Phase with the previously created Enterprise Phase as a type.

4. Connect the Capability and the Actual Enterprise Phase using the Exhibits relationship.

An additional Actual Enterprise Phase can be created and linked to Enterprise Goals and the Enterprise Vision by using the goal and vision properties of the Actual Enterprise Phase.
