The Strategic Connectivity Matrix (St-Cn) shows the direct and indirect (using the implied relations) dependencies between the Capabilities.

The Rows and the Columns of this matrix are Capabilities.

 

To build the matrix

  1. Specify Rows scope (Capabilities).
  2. Specify Columns scope (Capabilities).
  3. Click Refresh button.

 

Capabilities map to Capabilities using Dependency relationship.


To map Capability to Capability

  • Double-click the intersection between the desired elements.
  • Right-click the intersection between the desired elements and select Implements.
