Comment search | You can search for comments by comment text, author, or creation date. |

Working with comments in a modeling tool | When comments are stored in a document, you can work with them in a modeling tool by using the comments panel. Note that the comments panel is unavailable if comments are stored in a model as model elements. |
Working with comments as model elements | By default, comments are stored in documents. However, you can choose to store them inside a model. This allows you to work with comments as any other UML elements and use the benefits of the modeling tool functionalities. |
Custom comment templates | If comments are stored in a project as model elements, you can create custom comment templates and change the appearance of comments displayed in the document. For example, you can add new input fields and properties, such as a version selection box or a Jira issue input field. |
Subscribing to email notifications | You can subscribe to email notifications about all new and modified comments in a specific Cameo Collaborator document. |
