Licensing, installation, and update procedures have been updated in 19.0 SP4. These are the changes that have been implemented:
- Modeling tools and plugins are no longer updated automatically. Only the manual update from Service Pack (SP) and major versions to 19.0 SP4 is available. Additionally, the Check for Updates button has been removed from the Help menu. Learn more about updating modeling tools and plugins >>
- Licenses cannot be activated online. Only offline activation is available. Learn more about activating licenses >>
- Resource/Plugin Manager (Help > Resource/Plugin Manager) is updated by disabling the Refresh, Download/Install, and Remove buttons. Consequently, only the manual plugins installation is available. Learn more about installing plugins >>
- The News Reader (Help > News Reader) menu item has been removed.
- The online registration is unavailable. Additionally, the Register (Help > Register) menu item has been removed.
- The online submission of bugs is no longer available and the Report an Issue (Help > Report an Issue) menu item has been removed. From now on, all issues have to be registered via web. Learn more about customer support >>
