Using the Virtual Twin of the Organization (VTO) plug-in, the Enterprise Architects will benefit from the formal modelling of the enterprise and necessary resources, leveraging:

  • UAF (Unified Architecture Framework) to provide a holistic view of complex organizations, ensuring alignment across multiple domains while offering traceability, impact analysis, and flexibility.
  • APQC for consistent process modeling across departments, functions and regions, to identify inefficiencies, enhance performance, and align processes with business objectives and strategies 
  • ESCO to align workforce skills and job roles with organization needs

From the enterprise model created in CATIA Magic, using the Collaborative Designer for CATIA Magic role, data can be pushed to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

VTO Data Perspectives will leverage Virtual Twin data and allow navigating the enterprise operational model for a better understanding of how people in business fit into this framework. It will also enhance collaboration with colleagues, by revealing the contribution of each role to enterprise processes and deliverables globally or in the context of a project.
