DataHub supports local and remote connections. A local project is a project that is stored on your machine. When you connect to Teamwork Server, other users can remotely see the project you are working on through the server. Multiple users can collaborate and work on the same project concurrently, and the DHLink map will be stored along with the project on the Teamwork Server. This allows all users to see other users’ changes in their work.

In addition to local and remote connections, DataHub also provides functionality that allows several users to access and work on the same project including DataHub relations at the same time. This functionality is available for projects that are stored on Teamwork Server.
