Model elements representation text indexing allows users to find elements in the model more quickly. It starts automatically when a Teamwork Cloud project is opened for the first time; you can track the progress in the status bar (see the image below). The index is automatically updated when the model changes.

Please note that indexing may take some time depending on the project size. The more elements the project contains, the longer it takes to index the model elements representation text.
If a search does not return expected results, we recommend that you rebuild the model elements representation text index (see instructions below).
The Rebuild Text Index action is available in Expert mode only.
To rebuild the text index
- In the main menu, click Tools > Rebuild Text Index.
