A Data Store Node keeps all tokens that enter it, copying them when they are chosen to be moved downstream. Incoming tokens containing a particular object replace any tokens in the object node that contains the particular object.

To create a Data Store Node 

  1. Expand the Activity diagram palette, click the downward arrow button next to the Object Node icon and select Data Store Node from the shortcut menu.
     
  2. Click on the Activity diagram pane. The Data Store Node is created. 
  3. (Optional) To specify the Data Store Node by changing its property values, right-click its symbol and open its Specification window.
