To add a new keyboard shortcut to a macro

  1. Open either the (i) Environment Options or (ii) Macro Information dialog.
  2. Type a keyboard shortcut in the box.
  3. Click  to assign the keyboard shortcut to a macro.
  4. Click OK.
     

If a keyboard shortcut key entered in the  box has already been assigned to another macro, the following message will appear under the Press new shortcut key box: Currently assigned to <the command name>.
