The Services Connectivity Matrix (Sv-Cn) show how services interact with each other. It is an editable matrix where cells represent Service Exchanges and  the headers represent Services.


To create a Services Connectivity Matrix

  1. Specify Row Scope (Services);
  2. Specify Column Scope (Services);
  3. Click Refresh.


To add new Service Exchange

  1. Double-click (or right-click) an empty intersection. The Add New Service Exchange button appears.
  2. Click the Add New Service Exchange button. The Realized Service Exchange wizard opens.
  3. Follow the steps of the wizard.
  4. Click Finish.


To remove the exchange

  1. Double-click a full intersection between the desired elements.
