You can create a Definition and Comment for any UAF element in their Specification window > Documentation/Comment property group. Additionally, for an Enterprise Vision element you can create a Vision Statement comment in the same way.
The Definition for any UAF element and Definition or Vision Statement for Enterprise Vision element can also be created in the Containment tree, choosing the Create Element command from the selected element's shortcut menu.

Creating a Definition for any UAF element


To create a Definition

  1. Select an element and open its Specification window.
  2. Go to the Documentation/Comment property group.
  3. Click the Add button and choose Definition.
  4. Add required specifics and click Close.


Creating Vision Statement for Enterprise Vision


To create a Vision Statement

  1. Select an Enterprise Vision element and open its Specification window.
  2. Go to the Documentation/Comment property group.
  3. Click the Add button and choose Vision Statement.
  4. Add required specifics and click Close.
