Services to Operational Activities Mapping matrix describes the directly or using the implied relations mapping between the Service Specifications and Operational Activities. The rows of this matrix represent Operational Activities and the columns represent Service Specifications. 


To create S4 matrix

  1. Specify the Row Scope (Operational Activities).
  2. Specify the Column Scope (Service Specifications).
  3. Click the Rebuild button.

Operational Activities maps to Service Specifications using the Consumes relationship.


To map an Operational Activity to a Service Specification 

  1. Double-click an empty intersection.

 

To remove the relation

  1. Double-click a full intersection between the desired elements.
