It is recommended to create an OV-4 before creating a PV-1.

The PV-1 is an editable matrix displaying the responsibility of actual organizational resources (Actual Organizations, Actual Persons, and Actual Posts) for Projects.

The rows in the PV-1 Responsibility Matrix represent actual organizational resources (Actual Organizations, Actual Persons, and Actual Posts) and the columns represent Actual Projects .

To create a PV-1 matrix

  1. Specify the Row Scope (Actual Organizations, Actual Persons, and Actual Posts).
  2. Specify the Column Scope (Actual Projects).
  3. Click Refresh.
