To work with Strategic Constraints diagram

  1. Create or select a Capability.
  2. Create a Measurement property(-ies) for that Capability.
  3. Define a Measurement type (for example, Primitive or Measurement Set).


If you want to define the actual values for the measurement(-s), you need to instantiate the Capability.
