The NCV-6 Product describes the mapping between the capabilities required by an Enterprise and the operational activities that those capabilities support.
Implementation
NCV-6 can be represented using a NCV-6 diagram which is an editable Dependency Matrix. The Capabilities will be used as row elements and the Operational Activities will be used as column elements.

The NCV-6 View provides a bridge between capability analyses using NCVs and operational activities analyzed using NOVs. Specifically, it identifies how operational activities can be performed using various available capability elements.
