To add a new Project

  1. On the PV-2 diagram toolbar, click Add New > Project. An empty line for the newly created project appears on the diagram pane.
  2. Specify a time frame for the Project.

 

To add an existing Project

  1. On the PV-2 diagram toolbar, click Add Existing.
  2. In the Select Project dialog, select a Project (or several Projects) and click the + button.
  3. Click OK when you are done.

 

To add a new Sub Project

  1. Select the Project for which you want to create a Sub Project.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • On the PV-2 diagram toolbar, click Add New > Sub Project.
    • From the shortcut menu of the selected Project, choose Add new Sub Project.
  3. An empty line for the newly created project appears on the diagram pane.
  4. Specify a time frame for the Sub Project.
