This is a known issue. MagicDraw and other modeling tools do not start via APP on MacOS Ventura.Currently, as a workaround, we suggest running MagicDraw via <installationFolder>/bin magicdraw Unix Executable File

You can download a new APP file. 

• Download <client name>.app.zip file from ...
• Unzip.
• In the <2021xRerfresh2 HF4 client name installation folder>/bin/<...>.properties file: remove "JAVA_HOME=" argument value if it is not empty.
• Replace <2021xRerfresh2 HF4 client name installation folder>/<..>.APP file with the downloaded .APP.
• Start application and click Open in the message dialog:

Note. The new .APP contains a newer Java (11.0.16).
