To obtain the Cassandra installation file do one of the following: - After downloading Magic Collaboration Studio installation files, extract the magic_collaboration_studio_<version_number>_no_install_win64.zip file. You will find the Cassandra installation file in the magic_collaboration_studio_<version_number>_no_install_win64\MagicCollaborationStudio\Utilities directory.
- Install Magic Collaboration Studio but do not start any of its services. Go to the <Magic_Collaboration_Studio_install_directory>\Utilities directory and obtain the Cassandra installation file. Install Apache Cassandra, check if it is working, and only then start the Magic Collaboration Studio services.

If the installation path contains any of the special characters, like '[', ']', '(', ')', '!', '@', '#', '$', '#', '%', '{', '}', '+', '=', or ';', the installation procedure cannot be completed successfully and the login page will not load. For example, if the installation path is C:\Program Files\TeamworkCloud, which does not contain any of the special characters, the installation will not fail. |
