A The number of open files issues were issue was fixed in TWC the TWCloud service script.
The default eobject-id-for-revision.cache-size parameter in TWC the TWCloud configuration file was lowered to 30 in order to prevent the out of memory exceptions when under a higher load.
Duplicate The duplicate active users exception no longer appears upon the "Administrator" user removal via Data Manager.
