You can use the Report Wizard to generate reports containing HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment) data.  HARA is used to identify and categorize potential hazards of an item and formulate safety goals for prevention or mitigation of these hazards.


To generate a HARA report


  1. In the main menu of your modeling tool, select Tools > Report Wizard.
  2. In the Report Wizard dialog, select HARA Report Template and click the Next button.
  3. Click Next again, to specify that the data to be included in the report is built-in data.
  4. On the left side of the window, select the Packages containing HARA elements and system functions (this is the report scope). Then click  to add them to the selected objects area.
  5. Review the output options and change them if needed.
  6. Click the Generate button.


After completing the above steps the HARA report is generated and opened automatically. It should look similar to the report displayed below.
