In version 2024x Refresh1, Cameo DataHub presents a number of new features and enhancements. This release introduces various enhancements, security and technical improvements, as well as bug and minor fixes.

Jama Connect®

With 2024x Refresh1 version, we introduce a new connector to support integration. The new driver JAMA Connect has been added to the list of available drivers in the Add Data Source dialog. To learn more about the new connector, refer to Adding Data Sources for JAMA Connect.

Environment Options

The Save HTML images from the data source in the project as attached files option in the Environment Options dialog is updated now. The option is now set to true by default.

ENOVIA Requirements

ENOVIA Requirements driver now supports the two-way synchronization for the images found on mapped attribute values.

Other Improvements

  • OSLC selection dialog of the OSLC drivers V2 and V3 is enhanced with an additional view mode parameter. This enhancement presents the OSLC API provider‘s response in compact view on the OSLC delegated UIs.
  • The VBS mode argument needed to launch IBM Doors is set to be used by default.
  • Cameo DataHub now supports the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform version 2024x FD03 for both cloud and on-premise.
  • Cameo DataHub migrated to the 3DS platform Relations API V2 to resolve the issue related to moving synchronized items from one specification to another. 
  • The listing of specifications on Spec selecting UI is migrated from DB queries to Indexed API to improve performance. 
  • Cameo DataHub now supports the 7.37.2 version of the jxBrowser.

Security improvements

  • Third-party software libraries used in the Cameo DataHub plugin codebase are updated to their most recent available versions.

Bug Fixes

  • The Maximize/Restore button presentation is fixed to display the button‘s label correctly.
  • The Minimize/Restore button functionality is fixed to restore the affected panel to its original size correctly.
  • The Regression introduced in the previous version of the Cameo DataHub, impacting the customization of IBM Doors data types to support more flexible mapping scenarios, is now fixed. To learn more, refer to Customizing new node type for DOORS.
