Building NSV-5 matrix

The Systems to Systems Matrix (NSV-3) shows how resources interact with each other directly or using the implied relations.

The rows of the NSV-5 matrix represent Functions and the columns represent Operational Activities.

To build a NSV-5 matrix

1. Specify the Row Scope (Functions).
2. Specify the Column Scope (Operational Activities).
3. Click the Rebuild button.
