Before configuring the SGI-Crawler service, please see the prerequisites.

Saving agent credentials to SGI-Crawler service

To save agent credentials

  1. Go to Web Application Platform and open the SGI-Crawler service.
  2. Activate the SGI-Crawler by checking the box Activate the indexation of TWC projects in the Semantic Graph Index of the 3DEXPERIENCE.
  3. Click to register a new agent.
  4. Copy the 3DExperience URL in the 3DEXPERIENCE Tenant URL field (for example: https://devopsaoi9ygia29645-euw1-26dsw40726-ifwe.3dx-staging.3ds.com)
  5. Copy the agent ID and agent password generated previously in the 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform.

    • If you are working with 2024xFD04, 2025x, or older versions of 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform, the following steps are mandatory:

      • Select the Advanced Configuration check box.
      • Enter the 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform login and password of the associated agent.
  6. Click to save. You should see the new agent created with the given 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform URL.

You can add multiple 3DEXPERIENCE URLs/agents, but 3DEXPERIENCE URLs must be unique. You can register only one agent for each 3DEXPERIENCE URL.

Editing agent credentials in SGI-Crawler

To edit an existing agent

  1. Click the agent you want to edit in the table. A side panel with the appropriate data opens.
  2. Edit the necessary fields.
  3. Click to save.
3DEXPERIENCE Tenant URL cannot be changed as it is unique for its agent configuration.

Deleting agent credentials from SGI-Crawler

To delete an agent or agents

  1. Select the necessary checkboxes in the table. This will open a toolbar with a delete icon.
  2. Click the delete button.

  3. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog that opens. The agent or agents will be deleted.
