Concept Modeler (Concept Modeler or CCM) is a plugin for MagicDraw, the award-winning software modeling tool. CCM is designed to model real-world concepts, import/export a model from/to an OWL ontology, and generate glossaries in plain English for a clearer and more informative source of knowledge for any domain. 

Starting with the 2024x Refresh2 version, the Concept Modeler plugin is no longer pre-installed with Cameo Enterprise Architecture. Key changes include:

  • Separate Installation: The Concept Modeler plugin is now available for installation through the Resource/Plugin Manager as a standalone plugin. For detailed instructions, visit Installing Plugins.
  • Separate Licensing: The Concept Modeler plugin now requires its own license key. To obtain the license key, contact your Dassault Systèmes Sales Contact or Distributor with the necessary technical details. More information is available at Obtaining License Keys.

If collaboration powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is enabled, the Cameo Concept Modeller is not supported. Contact Customer Support for the workaround.
