There are 7 types of reports available in the Reports application:
- The Audit report is a list of users’ actions related to resources. Exported data shows which users were granted or lost access to a resource, the time of the action, and who performed it.
- The Failed login attempts report is self-explanatory; it shows all failed logins. This is an essential report for IT administrators who audit server security.
- The Resource access report shows a timeline of selected users who have accessed various resources in a given time frame.
- The Resource modifications report is a list of users who have modified resources in a given time frame with all essential information, such as the commit message.
- The Resource revision report is an Excel spreadsheet with the history of a Teamwork Cloud project. You can share this type of report as a quick and easy option to demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
- The Security audit report shows all users with access and their details, such as who and when granted access, the scope of user assignment, and so on.
- The User details report allows you to export user data, such as their full name, phone number, or email. Also, you can choose to export user permissions, which is helpful for user audit purposes.
