The NSV is a set of graphical and textual products that describes systems and interconnections providing for or supporting NATO processes. The NSV associates systems resources to the NOV and/or the NSOV. These systems are the resources that are used to construct the services of the NSOV, and support the operational activities and facilitate the exchange of information among operational nodes as defined in the NOV.
