Upgrading the DataHub version means that you need to remove the older version first before the installation of the later version. After you remove the current DataHub version, you can use one of the two installation methods, importing the all-in-one plugin pack through Resource/Plugin Manager or extracting the plugin pack manually in the modeling tool directory, to reinstall DataHub.


To upgrade the DataHub version

  1. On the MagicDraw main menu, click Help > Resource/Plugin Manager. The Resource/Plugin Manager dialog opens.
  2. Select the Cameo DataHub check box under the Plugins (commercial) option and click .


After you have removed Cameo DataHub, you can reinstall it using one of the two installation methods, importing the all-in-one plugin pack through Resource/Plugin Manager or extracting the plugin pack manually in the modeling tool directory.
