Creating SV-5b matrix

The rows of the SV-5 matrix represent Functions and the columns represent Operational Activities.

To create a SV-5 matrix

1. Specify the Row Scope (Functions).
2. Specify the Column Scope (Operational Activities).
3. Click the Rebuild button.

Functions implements Operational Activities using the Implements relationship.

To map a Function to an Operational Activity

1. Double-click the intersection between the desired elements.
