To be able to publish documents to Cameo Collaborator for Teamwork Cloud and work with comments in these documents, users need to have certain roles and/or permissions assigned to them. The table below shows what roles and permissions are required to perform specific actions. You can assign roles and permissions in Teamwork Cloud Admin Console.

The first two columns specify minimum requirements, i.e. the necessary roles and additional permissions required for specific actions. You can give additional permissions to a user by creating and assigning a custom role with these permissions (in addition to default roles if needed).

The third column shows only the default Teamwork Cloud roles required for specific actions (if you do not want to work with custom roles).
